By far the best experience Ive ever had buying a car, and its really not close. Simple, easy, and the office staff is SO helpful! Not only was the price perfect and the car super clean and well maintained, but the service is second to none. Rozan and Elizabeth stayed late to wait for us to arrive, and were so patient with my mother in law and explained everything for her to understand exactly what was happening, and made sure I was fully aware of all financial and logistical aspects of the sale. I cant say enough good things about these girls! Thanks guys and I will be back!

Great experience. I picked up a 2008 E350 in great condition with low miles for a very competitive price. The car was clean, well maintained and mechanically sound. There were no surprises, no hard sells, no up sells, the deal was easy and as negotiated. The staff was helpful, professional and kind. I will definitely consider PM Auto in the future when shopping for a used car. They have a great detail shop.
