The Children's Place

This store is atrocious. The staff don't greet you when you walk in. There are boxes everywhere and they block what little aisles they do have. Getting someone to the register took 10 min (and the store isn't that big). They are so understaffed that when they take lunch breaks they have to close the store. This company has really gone down hill. The quality of clothes, the styles, and the prices are all bad.

Not helpful staff, honestly pretty rude. Customer service does not seem to be a priority. Always unorganized with boxes and piles of clothes everywhere. Corporate should review this store to improve all of the above.

Wow, just wow! Dirty store with full boxes blocking access to the clothes, the walkways and the dressing room. Employees were clearly uninterested in being there or helping. Total disarray. Sad!

I will no longer EVER be ordering clothing from The Children's Place again. My delivery has been in NC since the 14th (ordered on the 12th) and their customer service resolution was to tell me to wait another 7-10 business days. Then if it didn't get delivered they would file a claim which could take 14-21 business days to file my refund. When I said that was not good customer service, they hung up on me!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere.
