        Berlinda did a great job! She knew exactly what to do. I've been trying for a long time to find someone to get my bob right and she did it better than any stylist has in years. So happy I found her! My husband also likes the haircut he got from David.

        We love Josh. He's professional, and seems knowledgeable of all things hair. He's always great with my kids, who can be difficult. It's a family affair to go get our hair cut by him.

        So I went to Great clips today and the haircut was great had no issues, what really was the issue was the payment. I had gotten a discount online but accidently gave them the wrong one which had a different location and so had to pay them in cash. Not even 5 minutes later I found the correct discount and went back to get some of my money back which they told me no because I had already paid for it even though I had the correct discount and showed them it which is ridiculous because I had just paid a few minutes ago in cash, why could I not get my money back that should have been easy to do, I felt like I was conned into not getting my money back from them, don't ever pay them till your sure you have the correct discount or you won't get your money back.
