        I drove 40 minutes for my appointment and it was cancelled 20 minutes after my appointment time. I waited half an hour. I rescheduled and was called the day of appointment telling me that the preparer had called off once again. Not once was offered a discount. This happened at the Jackson Hewitt in Walmart.
