I love it. They were on time and great with packing everything. And a team of workers with respect and took care of my stuff. Will call them again.

This is a very unprofessional organization. Our Movers were hired to move an office, and during the quote, it was made known that we have 9-10 heavy executive desks and file boxes. The offices were 1/10 of a mile apart. I answered all questions and was given a quote and invoiced for 3 movers and 6.5 hours of service. The movers arrived about 15-20 minutes late, and three gentlemen got out of the tuck. Two of them start asking questions about what needs to be moved. They brought a small hand truck and used a carpet dolly and appliance dolly I provided. During the move, I asked the two movers where is the third guy who was supposed to be there to help. The response was he was the boss man; he did nothing to help with the move. So I paid for 3 guys for 6.5 hours, and only two were working. They made no attempts to care for the furniture once loaded into the truck; I was told it was our responsibility to wrap the furniture before their arrival. If that had been done, it would have made it difficult to carry. After loading the truck, we make the 1/10-mile trek to the new office. I advised them that they had some stairs and where to place everything. As they bring in one of the desks, they drag it across the floor top side down, causing gashes in the wood pictured. Then they proceeded to unload the truck; as the 6.5-hour mark was approaching, they left 5 desks in the main hallway and said we did not know you have stairs, and the desks are too heavy; we cannot put them upstairs. I contacted the person I spoke with, and they agreed to send some guys to finish the job. Monday morning arrives, and a crew moves the desks upstairs. As they move the desks, multiple damages occur in the building and across more furniture. (pictures included). At one point, they drug another desk across the floor, top side down. I called to speak with the manager about this, and I was told that I have a signed contract that I need to claim on my insurance. I stated that the crew was negligent in moving furniture, and I was told they did not believe me and that the crew would not do that. I asked if they would do anything to make it right, and I was told they went above and beyond to come over with a crew to move the desks upstairs. When I stated that I was not going above and beyond, I was honoring contact from the beginning. Then she stated that they would not do anything and disconnected the call. I have tried to email and call to get the contact information for the corporate office and am still waiting for a response.

Fast, organized, and extremely helpful. They got my boxed up one bedroom apartment moved out in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

My movers were extremely respectful and professional. I was even 30 minutes late meeting them at my new residence! I hope I wont be moving anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be calling again!

My husband had the unfortunate experience of hiring Our Movers for a business relocation, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this moving nightmare on my worst enemy. They handled the furniture with a shocking lack of care, resulting in significant damage to several pieces. It's as if they were playing a twisted game of furniture demolition. To add insult to injury, they did not finish the job, and did not provide the amount of people to MOVE THE ITEMS that was paid for. As if damaging the furniture and breaking the contract weren't enough, the movers also left the job unfinished. There were items left on the main floor of the new location, heavy desks that were discussed when hiring them, that were supposed to be carried up to the second floor. The two movers, they paid for three, literally just left without saying a word or finishing the job. Communication with the company was a nightmare in itself. Attempting to address these issues with their customer service was like talking to a brick wall. They were unresponsive and unapologetic, showing a complete lack of accountability for their team's actions. In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Our Movers to think twice. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial loss by choosing a more reputable moving company. This experience was a cautionary tale, and I hope others can learn from their mistake.
