Chris was amazing! He always helps me out! He is by far one of the greatest employees at this location! He always helps me carry my stuff to the car, and you can tell he definitely tries for all his customers! This man deserves a raise!

I'd like to first say customers is what keeps your business open. Along with product quality, product availability, and customer service. Normally its great when Anthony or Mike is there. Spoke with Brandon whom was helpful about wiper blades for my daughters car. He was helpful, also said we could speak with the manager about looking it up in system to possibly be replaced. That is then when I spoke with Dymond the assistant, hmmm. Well then it became she understood that the blade clip broke or could had been defective and it came completey off but they aren't covered to be replaced!! She also spoke with Mike supposively and said neither him nor her could do anything. That she couldn't just take them out of inventory. In all the years I've helped in Auto shops, I've never heard or seen wiper blades come completey off. This was within four months of the purchase of the wiper blades, and install at the elkton location. So my hard earned money was good enough for batteries, oil, alternators, blades etc. The thing that keeps businesses open this day and time. Its extremly sad that this had to be overlooked, and handled with such poor customer service. Thanks to your assistant for Not helping!! As each customer, and the service of each customer is just as important as the next.
