Emily has helped us buy two houses and sell one. She has always done a fantastic job. She is very communicative and accommodating, especially if/when it's crunch time and things need to get done.

I chose Emily to discuss the sale of my Dads farm because prior reviews discusses her knowledge of agricultural sales. She helped me sale a 18 acre hayfield by splitting in half. Emily did all of the legwork with the county and VDOT. She then sold the remaining 75 acres through her network of fellow realtors. She was always available via phone, email or text including a few days that she was on vacation.

Emily did a great job for me. Friendly, efficient and really knows how to scope out a house. Good technical skills, pointed out flaws and positives that I would have overlooked.

Emily was definitely a miracle worker in my behalf. She went above and beyond to help me to sell my home. Unfortunately my home had been on the market for close to a year with a lot of views but no real offer. Once I switch over and Emily agreed to be my realtor she had many showings and several offers and we were able to go to closing and sell my home. She was also very resourceful in helping me get references for needed repairs that was required. I would definitely recommend Emily Barone as a highly qualified, skillful and one who takes her profession very seriously realator who will sell your home. Im forever grateful to Emily.

Emily and her Dad, Jack Rose helped me find my VA home several years ago. They were very kind and helpful, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Massanutten area. I was very confident choosing to work with Emily again during the sale of my home. Emily is professional, level-headed, and handled all aspects of my sale in a timely manner.
