        Mr. Hamir Saad delivers outastanding maintenance service. My freezer began to ice up about a month ago. No one else had been able to solve the issue. Mahir took one look and immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced an old, corroded little part. In addition , he cleaned the freezer door, wiped the floor - left the place sparking. He goes the extra mile as they say. Thank you Mr. Saad ! You are great -

        I toured this place a few weeks ago and thought the place was beautiful. Sarah is the name of the person who toured me and it was clear she listened to everything I mentioned was important to me by highlighting those features in the apartments we toured. I gave this place 4 stars only because I ended up not renting there, but my decision was not based on the quality of my tour or the building itself. I encourage any and every one to take a look at The Julian. Those who live there are lucky to call this place home. Thank you Sarah for an amazing tour ;-)

        Love to live here! The maintenance team is the best. All service requests are done on the same or next day. Also, the leasing office team is always nice and friendly. The complex is new and modern. Apartments are upgraded with all new amenities. The location is good, so many stores and restaurants around within walking distance, everything you need for a comfortable living.

        Julian is my first apartment in Virginia and I cannot be more thankful for living here for a year now. Never had any bad experience so far. Everything is dealt with utmost care by Sarah and she has been proactive to resolve my queries and issues always. This apartment is safe in every possible way from door locks to garage. Your parcels too. They organize some event or the other every week. Their maintenance is top notch. You put in a request and its done within few hours. I would recommend anyone looking for accommodation to give Julian a try in Fairfax. Also Sam I didnot forget you. You have made our moving hassle free. I wish all the best on your promotion. I wish I could be at Fairfax but Julian will always stay in my heart. -Ricky
