Same company as Fairfax steam mobile detailing, operated by Marija. I was a customer for five year, and as soon as they started getting bigger, their work started to suffer. They started rushing through the job and got sloppy. I expressed to Marija that if they were in a hurry that they should have rescheduled. I've used these people twice a year for about five years. Marija did not like me complaining and pretty much said here's your money back (which I didn't ask her for it) and don't call her again. As long you don't complain (regardless of the mediocre work), then you're a good customer. YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO COMPLAIN!!! I miss the old days when companies value their customer, and it was more about the quality of work rather than the quantity. I refuse to settle for third world quality from anyone or any company.

These guys did a fantastic job on my Subaru. Looked like it was brand new! And they make it super easy by coming to your door. Very happy with the experience!
