I had called a few places because I had an emergency need for cleaning and was getting ready to go out of town. Some were rude, some were booked (I was hoping for same week appointment) and others just didn't return my call. Harrison called me back almost immediately and was able to schedule for the same week and later in the day so I could finish my work day, pick up my kids and be at home. They let my son watch, which he loved and were so sweet to him while working. With a toddler and 1 year old you can guess how my car looks plus I have other people in my car throughout the week. They took care of my immediate concern of a stain on the seat and the back of my car hasn't been that clean since I took it off the lot. This was the first time I did detailing but from the other companies I called Berger has more than fair pricing. They were polite and friendly and I could tell really enjoy what they do. My company allows me to get my car cleaned every 6 months (as a mom of 2 I will likely not do it more just because of the mess they make, maybe in the future) but I will for sure be calling them again, already have it on my calendar when to call.
