Kemper Carpet and Flooring

Stu was so helpful! We stopped in to browse wood flooring, hoping to narrow down what we may decide to install. Stu helped us navigate all the different types, weigh the pros and cons of each based on our needs, and went above and beyond! He made us feel like experts by the time we left. Even better, we found the perfect floor for us! Andhe helped us even though we werent local (he knew we wouldnt be able to purchase from him). Incredible service!

Dang. Really disappointed that we got no where with them. Went in, person was nice. Helped us narrow down the carpet we wanted. He took down information for samples and said come by whenever for a measurement. Two weeks later, followed up - We will get back to you. Two weeks later followed up with someone else - Ohhh so sorry. Ill look into it and get back never got back Big waste of time.

Kemper Carpet was wonderful to work with. Moe was excellent at installing our carpeted stairs, Stu and William were very helpful with selecting our carpet, and Kimba/Meredith were very helpful with scheduling our install and answering all our questions. I really like how welcoming their fairfax store is and stopped by because my friend used their service. They did a great job with her install and they did a great job with ours too. Moe worked so hard and is so friendly. Thank goodness for Kemper carpet! Will recommend them to anyone!

We are very happy with the quality of service from Kemper, start to finish. The Fairfax showroom has a terrific selection of samples and knowledgeable, friendly staff to assist with design and purchase. Our installation crew was top notch - efficient, skilled and careful. A truly beautiful installation. The back office provided courteous and smooth scheduling and account management. Thanks, Kemper!
