I've been attempting to get in contact with a representative all day since yesterday. I've called >15 times during "open hours" and the phone rings continuously before disconnecting. It is impossible to get a hold of someone from this agency but I need to make a change in my policy. Absolutely horrible.

Pay attention and be extra careful with this agency! They steal your information and make unauthorized transactions to buy insurance for you.

Avoid this agency at all cost!! They have extremely poor customer service - rarely picks up calls, and when there's an issue, they get defensive and raise their voices at the customers. The quotes they provide are also ridiculously high, and regardless of your driving record, continues to increase it each year. Their excuse? Their agency suffered a loss last quarter so they have to increase the premiums to cover for those losses! This whole agency is a joke, and should be avoided at all costs.
