        Gina's team is so responsive. We were first-time homebuyers, and they helped us understand the process. They gave us many financing options and talked through the advantages of each with us. We received their CrossCountry Community Promise grant for a significant amount toward closing costs. The Gina Myers team helped us put two offers together (#2 was successful!). In both cases, Gina's team had our preapproval letters ready for the lenders within 24 hours of our agent's requests. We did an extremely fast closing of 12 days. There were even a few days to spare because Gina's team works together so, so well. Everyone is kind and conscientious and so easy to work with! We most highly recommend them!
