Buying a house as a first time home buyer will age you by 10 years. Belle spent the extra time with us, explaining every step of the process & we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. She will fight for you, listen to your concerns & act as your therapist (when needed). The biggest thing with Belle is that she is always honest. So many agents, including the selling agent on the house we just purchased will lie to you and tell you they will do something, then go back on it once you have signed. People like that selling agent are why buyers think so poorly of this industry & that agent will need to find new work when AI & automation weed out these types of agents. With Belle, you have someone in your corner who has your back and human connection will always be needed when you make one of the biggest purchasing decisions of your life. As a millennial, buying my first house or really anyone buying a house, Belle would be my first call. I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I worked with Travis Rodgers on the purchase of our house in the Oakleigh Manor neighborhood of Parkville. In early 2024, I needed to sell my home at 309 W Columbia St, Falls Church, VA 22046 and didn't realize all the work required including documentation. My grandson, Teddy Rueckert, who has been a realtor for 8 years, agreed to do the task. First, he suggested a thorough home improvement and made suggestions. It involved lighting, appliances, repairs, rerouting water drains, garage overhaul and painting. It cost over $40K but greatly improved the appeal and functioning of my home.
