        We love this location! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is extremely clean and we never experience a wait time! Highly recommended

        Despite going to this location other times my insurance isn't covering an urgent care visit. I've been trying to get a coding review done since Jan 3rd so my insurance can reprocess the claim and this still hasn't been completed by patient first. I've tried calling so many time but there is zero sense of urgency on their end. Was told it would take 45 to 60 days and it's already past that time frame. This is eating up into the time I have to submit an appeal with my insurance. Coding reviews typically only take 7 to 15 business days. Will be avoiding this location from now on which is a shame because I did like the staff.

      Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Falls Church

      Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.
