Landmark Surfaces - Fredericksburg (aka United Granite)

We are updating our kitchen countertops and backsplash. I stopped into Landmark Surfaces in Fredericksburg to look at a sample of a Cambria Quartz that Ive had my eye on. I was greeted by Christine Johnson. I can not give Christine enough praise for her amazing customer service skills. She is absolutely wonderful and really helped me select the perfect countertop for our new kitchen. Unfortunately, Landmark Surface does not sell backsplash tiles, however, Christine Recommended another amazing company in Fredericksburg (B&F Tile). If you are in the market for new Countertops I highly recommend seeing Christine at Landmark Surfaces!!

My husband and I are so happy that we chose Landmark Surfaces (United Granite) for our bathroom countertop. We went in to see what they had, but we had no intentions on buying that day. However, after sitting down with Liza and discussing what we wanted, she showed us the most beautiful piece of stone. We didn't need to look any further. It was perfect. We were so amazed at how fast this company worked AND did a great job. We were in the office on January 3, 2024 and our countertop and sinks were installed on January 26, 2024. The office staff, the gentleman that came out to measure for the countertop and the men installing the countertop were so pleasant and professional. Thank you Landmark Surfaces for a job well done!!

Very good experience with this company. I was remodeling my 2 bathrooms. I had the new cabinets installed but my contractor was unable to connect with his countertop person. I did an internet search for a countertop company and selected United Granite in Fredericksburg as they were close to where I live and had good reviews. I worked with Christine Johnson, who carefully listened to my needs and was very helpful to me. Since my job was relatively small, I was able to select a beautiful slab of granite in the remnants yard. Christine explained the process and timeline and kept me up to date with all the moving parts. The person who came to measure was very professional, as well as the installers. The job done was fantastic and stress-free. I would highly recommend United Granite.

I contacted a couple of local countertop folks and received either a disinterested employee or the answering machine with a vague promise to return my call. Sad! United Granite/Landmark Surfaces (pick a name) jumped on my project. I handed off the measurements, got a quote back within a couple of minutes, picked a color, sink etc. and set a date for measurement verification. A couple of days later the verification team did their job and BAM, ten days later, top with sink, is delivered and installed. Online bill pay, I never had to leave my desk. This EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. Special thanks to Karla who made all these things happen.

After visiting several countertop installers, we chose Landmark Surfaces. We are extremely pleased with the installation. The quartz kitchen countertop looks amazing.
