To their benefit, the person I worked with was kind and friendly, and they were expedient.
The costs on parts however are typical of a garage who's looking to make a predatorial margin. One example, I was charged what it would cost me at the store to replace both wiper blades. Not only were these blades most likely bought at wholesale, the shop only replaced the one that was defective. After seeing how the owner treated another customer, I figured my time would best be served letting the public know, you will get got here.
Business practices have changed, this is not a shop that i see surviving that change. If anyone knows a garage in the northern shenandaoh Valley who genuinely cares about the longevity of their relationship with their customers, please let me know.
