How do I give Bart 6 Stars?! Bart made very quick work of my project. I plan to put up a new fence and needed to know where all of my property lines were. I had an old survey/plat from 1993. I wanted to ensure that my property lines were correct. I gave Bart a call and, like a Super-Hero, he saved the day! Bart scheduled me in with very little wait, gave me a competitive quote. Honored the pricing that was he quoted (important). Bart's survey was night and day different from the one that I had in my hands from1993. He added additional detail that was clear and precise to read. Bart also marked all sides of my property lines with rods and wooded stakes. It was a pleasure to do business with Bart. And yes, I would absolutely recommend Colesonn, PLC to all of my friends and neighbors. I would use this company again myself! Happy Customer! :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company. Bart provided a lot of helpful information and spent a great deal of time on the phone with me helping me understand some unique circumstances I was facing. Forest was the surveyor who did a fantastic job and he couldn't have been more professional. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Bart and his employees at colesonn, PLC helped us out soooo much with surveying our land. He was super communicative and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information about our land! I would HIGHLY recommend him for surveying your land!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
