Tough time getting in touch with someone at the office. The doctor ended up giving me a cell phone number to call or text. Besides that, I had a wonderful experience. I went here for ADD testing. Very thorough and in depth.

I agree, it took a while to get a return phone call for the first appointment (like over a week and that's frustrating), but once we got in, she is very professional and very thorough. We are very happy with her. She seems to be a one-woman-show and is very busy.

I agree wholeheartedly with previous review that this practice does not return phone calls and that you should not waste your time. I have left numerous messages in an effort to try to get help for my child who is struggling. At least have the courtesy to have a pre-recorded message or notice on your website that you are not accepting new patients. I would certainly not entrust the emotional and/or mental well-being of you or a loved one to a practice that is happy to keep people hanging on hoping for a call-back.

It took a while to get a response to schedule our initial meeting then we had our daughter complete a 4 hour testing and have been waiting for 6 weeks to get results. We were told it would take 2 weeks. We have called, emailed, and texted many times for 4 weeks and have gotten no response . We are at a loss and have to start over do not waste your time .
