River Mill is such a fantastic place to live. I inquired about purchasing a home with Schell Brothers over the phone and was met with amazing professionalism. I am very excited to start my process of purchasing a home with them.

my parents purchased a house in 2020 and during the beginning process they were very attentive (although they did install the wrong roof and floorboards throughout the house NOT the ones we chose during the designing process) once we officially got the house they would IGNORE our requests and mark them as completed multiple times. Our windows got scratched in the price of installing and they never made the initiative to fix them. I have spoken to multiple people during the first year where they fix any issues that would come up and no one ever came to fix our windows. if i could go back in time i would never show my parents this neighborhood. while it may look nice the company and people do not care after you sign the papers and get the keys. learn from our mistake
