Being new to the area, finding a realtor who would help us evaluate the value of different properties based on our needs, and select desirable neighborhoods based on our preference was paramount. Working with Leigh and Kate was effective and enjoyable. Their team got us into every house we wanted to see without delay, and they helped advise us through the negotiation process to secure the home we wanted to buy in this competitive marketplace. I would recommend working with them if you are in the market to buy or sell your home. We interviewed three other realtors in the area, and Ive worked with 10+ realtors over the years. I'll start by saying I don't like realtors. They only have eyes on the commission, and, in my experience, their focus is only on the commission. But the exception that proves the rule is Leigh Hulcher. We needed to find a different house, and some friends we absolutely trust recommended Leigh. Leigh LOVES the business. She KNOWS the neighborhoods, and the houses, and what's hot and what's not. And, what is most important, she LISTENS. She led us every step of the way to finding our perfect house, helping us through the non-intuitive strategies of pricing, leading to us buying a house within three months of our first contact with her. But then she stepped us through the process of doing necessary renovations of our old house (which I never otherwise would have considered doing), finding fixtures and tiles and doing so much leg work for us. We did a lot of leg work too, but she told us what to do. She found the right contractors, and then led us through the utterly non-intuitive process of pricing. Because of her savvy, we were able to sell our old house 25% above our asking price, after a mere three day listing period. And the offer came with no inspections required. I simply cannot recommend Leigh highly enough. She loves her job; and she EARNS her commission. I had absolutely no qualms whatever paying the commission she earned. And I've never felt that way about a realtor before. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Leigh Hulcher and her team are amazing, their attention to detail, follow up, and overall home/building knowledge is what every buyer needs to ensure they are purchasing the right property. I am a builder/remodeler and what impresses me the most is her interaction with inspectors and ability to point out potential problems that most do not see. She just doesn't point out the shiny new granite and fancy bathrooms, she does her due diligence and gives you real information on the property. No high pressure sales, will work with you endlessly until you find the right property and help you make the best offer.
