        10/10 for this place! Came in to do an Emissions test. They were super friendly and communicative. We were there for about an hour. I had to bring my two kiddos in tow with me and I absolutely love that they have a cute little play area with toys and a tv. It helped keep my kids from getting restless and having to wait at a boring car place Thank you Piedmont Tire & Auto for a great and quick experience!!

        I was having issues with my tire and had to Google the nearest tire center to me as I was trying to drive. Piedmont came up in my area. I called them upset over my tire losing air in the middle of a snowstorm. They told me to come in and they would have a look. They fixed the tire. I have to honestly say though that ever since I got the tire fixed I've had a strange metallic clanking sound from that area ( which was not there when I took it in) and I am currently looking for a mechanic to look at it
