I'm a Realtor in VA and worked with Listing Profit on my last sale in Vienna. My seller did hear my advise to turn 4 bedroom single family home into 6 with a bedroom on a main level, which is a tremendous value. This highly professional team provided sound advice on what needed to be accomplished to transform a 25-year lived-in home, to a market ready product. The team completely repainted the interior and some exterior parts of our home, installed various electrical fixtures, repaired a door and a bathroom floor, re-grouted bathrooms, and repaired minor cement damage in three weeks. As a direct result of the teams advice and craftsmanship, our home received seven offers in two and half days on the market, and sold for $85,000 above the listing price. Throughout the entire process, we were kept apprised of the teams efforts and promptly notified when additional corrections needed to be made above the original estimate. All points of contact were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we raised.
