        Its been a while since Ive lived in an apartment, but I am very happy here. Beautiful grounds and amenities, apartments are well cared for and well insulated. So thankful I dont hear every move neighbors make like in many other places. The rental office staff are all very friendly, welcoming and truly care about their tenants. The maintenance team take care of every request in a timely manner. Thank you all!!!

        Definitely not worth the $2000+ theyre asking for. Water/sewer included with rent, electric and gas separate. No parking charges. My experiences after a few months: - My AC unit was apparently clogged when I first turned it on. It flooded the space below the unit, through the closet walls, and under the front door. Great move-in experience. - They sent out a notice that they would be having an outside company inspect the fireplaces. I was home when they came by, so I asked if inspector recommended using it. He did not recommend using it and said it was almost unsafe to use. - The laundry machine was dirty. The fabric softener cup was covered in mold. When I did my first load of laundry, I thought the dryer unit was cheap and not efficient, but it was actually just clogged with lint. Its still not much better. - The kitchen was barely cleaned. I found a dead mouse in a trap that had been there for long enough for the corpse to desiccate. Underneath the oven was a lot of dust, dog food, and kid snack wrappers. - There is barely any counter space in the kitchen. One of the two drawers is blocked by the oven handle, so in order to open the drawer, you have to open the oven too. Overall bad design. If youre willing to pay this much, go ahead and actually live in Arlington. The value is not here in this apartment complex built in 1986 you can find somewhere brand new for the same price.
