If having your car battery changed in your parking garage after working all day could be fun?? Oh Gerald McMurray can deliver. He got to my residence in DC within 30 minutes of my requesting help, and he was able to fix my car problem in 40 mins start to finish. This saved me spending a full Saturday at the car dealership, so now after working Mon-Fri, I will be able to enjoy my weekend and not spend it doing these soul draining errands. I cannot emphasize enough how friendly, professional, and plain old fun Mr. Gerald was. He literally let me stand next to him while he was under the hood and I even got a car repair tutorial for free. When people love what they do, its palpable. When my car wouldn't start and was engine first in my single car garage, my insurance company's road side service dispatched Gerald - owner of GTM Automotive services. He showed up and figured out the problem in minutes -- then drove all the way to Sterling - without extra charge -- to get me the best battery for my vehicle. The extraordinary customer service and focus on doing great business by being friendly, completely transparent and honest and easy to deal with had me convinced after two minutes that he and his team are the perfect for any job. Definitely come to these guys if you need a battery, tire change or some other service. He's a businessman on the rise and will leave you wishing every intreraction you had with some one in the automotive industry was as easy and successful as working with Gerald is. What a great experience! Called him, he was there within 25 minutes and diagnosed the issue with my tire in 2 minutes. Put my spare on and was so fast and helpful!

Gerald and his wife were great in diagnosing my beyond dead battery, and it was great that they had a replacement that they could install on the spot.
