Ive been going to Sami for a few years now, and shes the best. Shes very professional and knowledgeable and super patient. Weve had fun picking out different hair extensions, creating a few highlight combinations and hairstyles over the years. She also never disappoints with the product recommendations. Thank you, Sami. Youre the best!

The stylist initially bleached my hair and then applied red-violet color, but the color application was not done correctly, resulting in bleached patches throughout. Despite a root touch-up and the attempt to achieve a red-violet color, both services were visibly unsatisfactory. Upon payment, I noticed prominent white hair, prompting the stylist to reapply black color for root touch-up again. I left the salon in that state and only washed my hair at home again. Despite my request for the store manager to contact me regarding the issue, three days have passed without any response. This experience was a waste of money, and now I must seek another salon to redo the coloring.
