        The room was great, the servive was great, the breakfast was great, however the experience was tainted on the morning that I checked out. A supervisor was eating breakfast while crunching numbers on his laptop, he called over a staff member and proceeded to coach and repromand her for 15 minutes straight. The discussion was very loud and should have taken place in a private location. She handled it very professionally, however he did not act professionally at all. As a guest of a hotel I should never hear conversations surrounding "profitability". There are plenty of private areas in a hotel and the breakfast lounge is not one of them.

        My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights early in March. We found the staff to be extremely helpful. Misty and Danijela were especially accommodating. The room was excellently laid out, comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, main thoroughfares and amenities. We highly recommend this hotel. Rooms: Spacious, well-appointed suites.

        Hotel was dirty, the heat does not work in the room. Staff was not present at the front desk. I felt like I was staying at the red roof inn.
