I cant give enough praise for S,S,H & W - specifically Penn Bain. We engaged Penns services after our teenager received their second speeding ticket within 18 months. Penn met with us as a family to explain the legal situation, to walk us through the different scenarios we could expect, and to help us form a strategy that would give us the best chance for a positive result in the courtroom. He also impressed upon my son the seriousness of the situation in a manner that was firm but kind. A little tough love coming from someone other than parents is always a good thing for a stubborn teen; Penns delivery was pitch perfect. We followed all of Penns instructions and recommendations and were thrilled with the outcome he negotiated with the prosecuting attorney.
