        I had a service scheduled two weeks ago. No one ever called to confirm, no one arrived at my house, and no one is responding to me trying to get my money back. I am extremely frustrated.

        We did a 1 time cleaning with them before moving our renters moved in. They cleaned very lightly and the renter ended up having to reclean the house. We paid $234 supposedly for 3 or 4 maids. Lesson learned that you need to have someone at the home to monitor these cleanings. I added 1 star because I never attempted to reach back out to have them fix the issue.
