Bush Leesburg is a great facility. The staff is incredibly helpful and compassionate. The facility is very nice, modern and welcoming. Our dog was nearly paralyzed by a ruptured disc. Dr. Lim recognized the injury was time sensitive due to the level of cord compression, and she was incredibly concerned about his pain level. She could have scheduled his surgery for a later date, but she took him in straight from the MRI and did a late afternoon procedure. It saved his legs and maybe his life. We were constantly communicated with about our options and the status of everything. I will make sure anyone with a pet knows about this place and Dr. Lim. We are forever grateful!

Dr. Wood and her staff are wonderful and very compassionate. They took good care of our dog and found out what was wrong. While it wasn't good news, they delivered it professionally and answered all of our questions. We cannot thank them enough.

I am very impressed with the care my dog has been given throughout this very difficult time. His care has been exceptional and our doctors take the time to make sure all of our questions are answered. We can clearly see that the BVNS staff all really want the best for the pets and will do anything they can to help us. The medical staff answered all of my questions and clearly explained our options, which was helpful. They also corresponded over email quickly after our appointment, which was helpful for us as pet parents and also nice to not have to update our other veterinarians.
