Tried to get CPAP supplies ordered over the last month. Left 2 messages and never got a response. This company is horrible. DONT USE THEM!!!! Wish I could leave 0 Stars!!!!

The initial fitting with the staff was great. I left confident in using the CPAP and how to exchange masks if I had any issues. Since that point the billing office is HORRIBLE. Each month I am automatically charged more than was explained. The bill is impossible to read and understand. I am told I cannot buy the machine outright to just get it over with. I'm only 4 months into this process!

AVOID THIS SUPPLIER! Save yourself time and energy! It is impossible to get ahold of someone to help you place an order. After calling multiple times, I gave up! Every time to ask for basic info. Did you receive the prescription from my doctos? Is there a case or order number? All calls go to an overflow line with agents that do not have access to anything. Look somewhere else, this place is ridiculously unprofessional!

The staff member who walked me through the setup was very knowledgeable and courteous even though I was familiar with the cpap procedure. It was a pleasant experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service is awful. When I got my cpap, I was told of my co-payment and not once was told of any additional charges to my card. Nor was I told my card was going to be stored and on file. I got a charge this morning without any information related to it, again, my card was never supposed to be on file. I called the number and have been passed along from person to person regarding this issue and have since called my credit card company as this was not authorized. Stay far away from American Home Patient for your DME needs. I should have looked at the reviews prior to selecting them for my CPAP and equipment.
