        Dr. Gnewikow and Dr. Hope Moffa are the best! Dr. Gnewikow took his time and explained everything about my hearing evaluation. Dr. Hope Moffa answered all of my questions about hearing aid fittings and adjustments. At no time while at this office did I feel like I was being rushed while there. Such a great team of Doctors.

        The doctor was fantastic and patient. The administrative staff are not as great. They require you to confirm multiple times or your appointment is canceled and their check in process could be significantly shorter, especially when youre bringing in a very tired newborn that they asked you to keep awake on the car ride there.

      Thank you Mrs. Thompson for your 4 star post. Our audiologists are indeed fantastic when testing children. You are correct about the multiple times our clerical staff confirm appointments for hearing testing for infants and young pediatrics. It requires additional time for our clerical staff to do these confirmations, but it is necessary in order to provide best practice and accurate testing for children.
