Was driving from Virginia to North Carolina in a rental car and the splash guard came off and was dragging about 45 minutes into our 3 1/2 hour trip. Rental car agency gave us no good options for repair. We called Endurance and Steve, the owner took time away from his schedule to do a quick and creative fix that let us get to the rental station so we could trade in our car. Steve was friendly and encouraging and save the day and our roadtrip.

Stephen from Endurance Auto Repair does not know how to speak to people. He is very rude and unprofessional. He has discriminated against myself (thinking that I am Russian which I am not). He has yelled at and treated everyone he spoke with horrible. Customer service is not his strong suit. If you are looking for a shop that has great customer service Endurance Auto Repair is not the place to go. Looking over your views I can tell that I am not the only one that believes you have bad customer service. There is no way that all of your "good reviews" are from actual customers. They are just too good to be true. (Lies made up to get your review rating higher and to appear that you are this wonderful business that treats customers with kindness.)
