I honestly don't like to give companies bad reviews and we wanted to continue to do business with Aqua Pros after a fantastic experience when we purchased our gas logs and was hoping to eventually purchase a hot tub, BUT our issues started when we purchased our above ground pool. It started with lack of communication from when we made the down payment (in 2021) to when it was finally installed (in 2022). But the real complaint I have is when the pool and liner were installed the brand new liner had a hole in it that they patched instead of offering a new one and I am not sure they were even going to tell us, I just happened to see it on our outdoor cameras. Since then we have had many issues over the past 2 years with the liner leaking, the company says it is pinholes from ants eating the liner so they won't cover it (so why wasn't the area treated if this is a known issue?) and they refuse to fix or replace the issues we have had since getting this pool in June of 2022, but my biggest complaint is we were given a faulty liner to begin with. We are about to open our pool for 2023 and we are just at the point we have to buy a new liner as it is leaking so bad. This is just our experience, I cannot speak for others, but we have not had a good experience.

Bob and his Timberlake team provided excellent service. John, the general manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our Marquis hot tub was delivered promptly. At the counter, Sean accepted our water sample and provided recommendations on chemical balance. Malachi, provided meticulous on-site service. He was patient and explained everything in detail. Every member of the Timberlake team was very friendly. I am highly satisfied with my overall experience.

I decided to purchase a hot tub and spent many months researching the locally (including Roanoke and Lynchburg) available brands. My research included both chlorine and salt system tubs eventually deciding on a chlorine tub mostly due to my familiarity with chlorine. I ultimately decided on a Marquis tub because of the variety of sizes and classes of tubs. I visited Aqua Pros many times during my search and Sean was particularly helpful and knowledgable.(Not to say others were not also experienced and helpful. Mary at the Bedford store was also very helpful during my search). There was never any pressure to buy and even after ordering one, no question when I decided on a different in stock model. The tub was delivered today as promised and assembled in less than an hour. The crew moving and assembling the tub were also top notch. Overall one of my more positive and memorable purchasing experiences.

Awesome group! I worked with Sean at Aqua Pros and hes been amazing from day one. Not only did he find me the perfect hot tub, but hes helped me along the way with chemicals and making sure everything is working properly.
