Came in and greeted nicely but the repair man was trying to denote my problem and trying to find excuses of why I shouldnt get my repair done. Took it to another shop to realize the Belt is what needed to be fixed not 1000 dollar transmission that I was quoted for ! Come here if you want to spend an arm and a leg for repairs or not get a repair at all!

First time new tractor purchase. After some research, I decided on a Kioti. Everyone at Hailey's was friendly and professional. They delivered the tractor the next day (Friday). On Sunday, I discovered a problem with the PTO selector (turned out to be relatively minor). Monday a mechanic came out to the house. Haileye's stayed in touch with me the whole way. They needed to bring the tractor in, so on Tuesday the came and picked it up while I was at work, repaired it and it was back at my house by Thursday afternoon, ready to go before the weekend. Sales gets an A, service gets an A, so far it has been a good experience. I'd recommend them.
