We were looking for a vacation home somewhere in the foothills of Virginia. We found one near Lynchburg. We were put in contact with Randy Higgins who was wonderful. We put in an offer and long story short it didn't work out. A week later we found 'the' house but it was 2 hours away from Lynchburg. We thought we would need to look for another agent, but no. Randy made the 4 hour round trip to the house! He is dedicated to customer service with a personal touch. We would highly recommend Randy Higgins if you are looking for a buying agent!

And as a professional, the team that Randy has formed, in house and out are of the highest caliber in the industry as you would expect.
