We bought 2 homes with Jeremiah as our real estate agent and had the most amazing experience! With both homes, he truly took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. My husband and I always felt like he had our best interest at heart and made us feel great about taking our time at each viewing. Jeremiah Cochenour has helped us through two home purchases in four years, and we would recommend him and the Bald Guy & Associates team to anybody. I've always found him to be honest and willing to tell you what he likes or doesn't like about a property, to ensure you get the right one. Jeremiah's ability to negotiate with other realtors is spot on, and he has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us when issues have come up, even when it inconvenienced him. I've always felt like he had our back and he's proven it time and again. He also has high quality local connections and recommendations for the other aspects involved in home purchase; everyone he has sent us to has been just as thorough and sharp. Jeremiah Cochenour with Bald Guy & Associates Realtors in Lynchburg, Virginia is the very best! My mother passed away and we had to sell her home and he handled everything so professionally and helpful that we could never have asked for any one better in this situation. The sale was very successful and quick. Then in March , 2024, I placed my home for sale with Jeremiah (and Chloe) Cochenour and my home was sold and closed on April 1, 2024. The knowledge and expertise of this real estate firm cannot be matched. They are the very best in the business and the nicest and most helpful and honest individuals you could ever have. Jeremiah was excellent each step of the way! My wife and I purchased our first home with the help of Jeremiah and Bald Guy Associates.
