First time filling married, and first time using a tax specialist in VA, and the first time in years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had when it comes to taxes, Jessica was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, I don't care where I move to, I will travel each year to have her do my taxes. Thank you to my reference that referred me and THANK YOU JESSICA. My husband and I both felt a relief leaving out.

I usually use Jessica however she was unavailable, and I was referred to Zahid. I filed my taxes with Zahid and was told he needed more time because he was having software issues with Drake I was immediately taken back as he made a phone call to support agents as I listened he continued to scold and berate the agent in front of me as she educated him and informed him on the proper way to handle the tax return and use the software. I agreed to come back after about a week and I didn't hear anything from JMU tax, so I called the office and they told me they call numerous times I had no voicemails or missed calls. I was treated very poorly after calling the front desk lady informed me it was done, and I can come in and pay to finish the process. I finally arrived and was shown to Zahids office. I walked in only to be greeted in an unprofessional nasty manner and asked why I walked into his office like that to which I told him I was escorted into his office by his front desk to have a seat and go over my taxes. After a simple question about the price to file the tax return and informing him of the back-and-forth issues with his front desk etc. a verbal argument broke, he didn't like me calling him out on the truth to which I was told not to bring my business back there again and don't come back that I was ungrateful that I should be thankful. Very rude and unprofessional left this office not even understanding how to file my payments. Fyi I paid $700 to file my taxes at this place the most I've ever paid anyone to handle my taxes to date I would never recommend this establishment.
