The residents were decent. Staff interaction was less than stellar. My first day? My orientation person was very supportive and helpful. Everyone else? Petty, vindictive, unwilling to help. I couldnt get the bathroom to open and I was yelled at by a kitchen worker, I offered to try to help find a solution to the problem and she continued to berate me. I was less than impressed with the situation and dont wish to return! Nursing homes are everywhere, I think I will look elsewhere, particularly for staff who actually help! Being new is incredibly challenging, and to be treated so facetiously is malicious. I am not happy! I will be contacting HR about this event, as well. There were consistent concerns with supply issues, residents didnt have items needed (multiple people didnt have barrier cream, or other needed supplies) and doors should have locks, but werent locked; codes werent shared for doors; I never clocked in? I never met the charge nurse!

Very nice and clean facility with Great staff..visited and it was so lively on 2nd floor

So far. Horrible. It's been 3 days. If your loved one would like to sit outside where chairs are provided, they will be labeled a wanderer and redirected to an inside activity. So sad. You will notice no one is outside.
