        Be warned, a year in after purchasing a new home: 1. AC broke down multiple times 2. Dishwasher was connected incorrectly causing a leak, ruining ceiling and floors 3. Bathroom shower pan placed incorrectly had to replace it 4. Water leaking under front door 5. People park anywhere unsafe 6. Garbage containers all over the street 7. Construction noise starts at 7 am on weekends and doesn't stop 8. HOA non responsive Need I say more?
