        We ended up doing most of the work then get charged over 2k for a relatively straightforward 1040 tax return. People make mistakes so we let it slide for a couple years but its only gotten worse since theyve become Prager. We ended up having to file for an extension because THEY were not ready with our return. As the filing deadline got close, they didnt respond to or requests for status. We have since left for better, cheaper accountants that dont hire rookies to screw up simple returns. Bye.

Always able to answer all my questions quickly and they never make me feel like Im bothering them. Taxes always done efficiently and on time. Wont ever go anywhere else.
