I have hired Wendy in the past to assist with listing my rental properties. She worked with me to secure a tenant that I ended up having for FIVE whole years. I just re-engaged her for the rental turn and had a wonderful experience with re-leasing my property. Her professionalism, follow-ups, and responses to my (admittedly detailed) questions at times for a smaller property, in what Im sure are busy days for her, was very much appreciated . Im happy to have secured another tenant for a long term lease! Wendy is fantastic at her job and so easy to work with. We especially appreciated her patience and expertise. We spent several years working with her to find our perfect home. She never gave up on us. Once we found our home she guided us through the process. She stepped up and took care of every ask, even pointed out pieces we didn't even consider or know about. For example, she lined up a home inspection within 24 hours of viewing the home and before the offer deadline. She worked with the selling agent to make sure we considered what the seller wanted and was competitive against the others so that our offer was the best one. When it came to selling our home, Wendy ensured we could do it quickly and lined up all the improvements we needed to make within 2 weeks. We put it on the market and had an offer in just 2 days. Wendy helped make sure everything went as smoothly as it could and we can't thank her enough!

Amazing patience, care and customer service: anticipating our needs every step of the way before we even knew it. From stress release solutions during loan application to boxes and wrapping paper for packing, to food delivery on the day of the move to Champaign and gifts at the closing, She is absolutely amazing!
