Just wanted to provide a review on the excellent service that Alex Norcini provided me from Intercoastal Mortgage. I was purchasing a newly built home, and I was wary to deal with a financial institution that was new to me. Alex soon won me over. Alex from the start was great to work with, stepping me through the process and providing explanations when I had questions. This was an extremely volatile time with the mortgage rates and he systematically provided several options available on convention and adjustable loans to best fit my needs. This was a great help to me. He was gracious about taking my calls after hours, and even on the weekends at times. Even though after pre-approval of the loan he turned the process over to his team, he continued to monitor the progress of the loan and was there when I had any questions. I highly recommend Alex, he was professional, personal, and got the job done!
