Genito Glen Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would , I got conditionally approved because of my credit I informed the lady I had a 1099 job I just started they got whatever verification they needed from my employer and still proceeded to ask for paystubs like I was lying then when I went in the office to take my holding fee the lady Kia says to me you got to be patient and let me do my job I see you calling Im the only one here Ill call you when I have time and that right there left a bad taste in my mouth with these apartments didnt even get a hello how are you nice to meet you nothing I understand her being the only one but have more customer service to your future residents all in all Im glad I dodge a bullet with these

Not a good or safe neighborhood like it used to be. People steal right from your door and nothing can be done. Kids and teens around here are bad and do whatever they please since their parents don't care to raise them properly or even watch them at all. Don't move here because it's all going downhill now. If you do move here get a door camera/security system for your apartment and car and don't get packages delivered to your door. Either someone will take it from Genito Glen or someone from Mallard Cove apartments will do it. Edit: The apartments themselves are not bad, maintenance is not bad with fixing and responding to maintenance requests and the office people are nice. Even most neighbors (older adults) are pretty nice. But the downside are the kids/teens that steal and cause problems. So just be mindful of that and have security devices.

It's easy to live here, my kids love it! Knowing my kids can play outside in a peaceful area is important. We love the staff they are always smiling and friendly, they are greatly appreciated.
