        The transition has been smooth thus far from a paperwork perspective thanks to Brad. Hopefully, the moving of furniture will continue to flow seamlessly when the time comes.

        3 stars, because, limited availability, limited parking, hotel-style apartments, completely unfit for DoorDash, InstaCart, and GrubHub. BEWARE if you get this address, it will take more than an hour and a half of your time to even find the apartment. Luckily, the sweet young woman at the main desk is AMAZING. So helpful. The transaction (InstaCart) was horrible, but the staff on hand was amazing. Just be careful if you ever need to go out there. The layout is HORRENDOUS. Therefore, 3 stars.
