Uptown Alley

Most of our visits our kids have a great time. We usually visit for the summer deals they have but we recently visited just to bowl. The lanes are very close together, you don't have much room and it's very crowded when another party joins the opposite lane as you in the same sitting area. We had only 4 in our party, 2 adults, 2 kids. We ordered drinks through the app since no one came to our table. The kids drinks arrived quickly but our 2 bar drinks never came. I went to the bar and saw that they were sitting on the counter and it appeared someone was bringing them out. We waited and waited, they never came. We told 2 different servers we ordered drinks and ours never came. One then disappeared the opposite direction of the bar and came back with our drinks partially melted and we can only assume they had been sitting at another table...the other server brought new drinks but when he saw there were some on the table he took his back. I'm surprised at how that went and that we werent offered fresh drinks especially since they sat at another table for who knows how long. We contemplated having dinner there but after that service we finished our hour of bowling and went elsewhere.

Been trying to get in touch with a manager since Saturday. Have been told twice they will leave my number with manager to call back that never happened. We paid cash for food and bowling but since we had a tab open they charged us again.....still trying to call no answer no call back yet
