We went into the store to combine 2 accounts, but we were mislead into thinking that we would be receiving a bigger discount. The salesperson said that we could get an extra discount if we had multiple Verizon accounts regardless of the account type, business or personal. I was trying to get it set up and called up the Verizon customer service line. I spoke with several Verizon customer service reps and they all said there is no such discount available. Even if youre a Verizon franchisee, you should still uphold all the Verizon policies and have full knowledge of the discounts that are available. If you dont know, dont lie and deceive customers into thinking that they are going to save money when theyre not. If you dont know, you should call Verizon and find out. IT IS YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY!!!
On top of that, we were charge $39.99 to combine the plans when we were not supposed to be charged for this change!
Anyways, we will be leaving Verizon after the month is up!
