        Electricity constantly goes out for days at a time. How long will they continue to fix the same problem. If the grid needs adjusted then ADJUST IT ALREADY!

        Went in to pick up a meter base and a few parts for temp service power. I was shocked at how hard it was to get help. No one seems to care about customer service. It seems anyone can just walk in and take what you want. You will be avoided because no one wants to help. Go find it yourself.

        Over charging, look at their recent scandals. Creates new projects just to profit more and passes off the bills to customers. Not like we have much of a choice but just to use them. Monopoly.
