This construction company has caused a great deal of issue for the residents living around the project on Cary St. At least a dozen designated parking spots for residents of the adjacent houses have been blocked off on more than one occasion. There is no warning, and no apology to these residents. There has also been a power outage caused by the construction. Again, with no warning to the people this affected. As they install plumbing lines, my house has been smelling like sewage. Once again, with no warning to the people in the area affected. Even if the final product were quality, the disregard to other people is inexcusable.

This construction company has completely blocked myself and at least a dozen other residents out of our designated parking spots behind our homes. There was no notice or warning provided to us. The street entrance is blocked by construction and cones, and the alleyway entrance is nearly always blocked by a tractor or truck. Many times in the past few months, I've tried to leave for work only to find i am blocked in on both ends of the parking area. I'm addition, the supervisors have been very rude to us. One day I came out of my house to leave for work only to find my car covered in sawdust with chunks of 2x4, cutting tools, and other construction debris littered all around my car and under my tires. When I asked the supervisor to move these items, he replied "You should feel lucky that we didn't drop a limb on your car." Their construction fence inches closer and closer to our parking spaces until today the alleyway became too tight for me and my housemate to get our cars through the alley. We are forced to park our cars in an unmonitored lot that has frequent break-ins. The area that we use to park in is something we pay for each month with our rent. The construction company nor the landowner have rights to this area, and yet they re constantly getting in our way and interfering with our lives. We have complained several times and nothing gets changed. Don't hire this company unless you want lots of complaints from the sour rounding businesses and residences!!!

This construction company has done nothing but cause problems since they started their most recent project months ago. They are consistently moving the fences and blocking in residents who PAY to park in the alleyway, and when asked to move they rarely do and often immediately reblock the area. They have not once given notice of this either, and we have been forced to park into a dangerous and unmonitored parking lot on more than one location. They currently have completely blocked in four or five homes from reaching their parking or leaving the alley if they had the misfortune to be parked there when the fence was once again moved. Overall incredibly rude and unprofessional company that refuses to take ten seconds to be mindful of their surrounding area, do not hire unless you want everyone in the neighborhood you're building in to hate you.
