The founder Gabi took the time to listen to my health needs and make thoughtful recommendations about which products might be best to test out first, and she advised a couple in the mini size and another in the regular size, helping me ease into a new skincare routine. I was really excited to try this product but it made me get a severe rash. Turns out it isn't as natural as seller says. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. No one emails me back...

Bright Body has been a bright spot in my life and self care for almost a year now. The Ayurvedic facial oil smells amazing (hello basil!) and feels luxurious but not oily. I love the refreshing feel and scent of the Illuminating Tonic too. The Gentle Face Wash cleanses without drying out my skin. And, broken record here, it smells great. A little goes a long way with these thoughtfully made products that are full of natural, nourishing, no nonsense ingredients. And Gabis knowledge and customer service cannot be overstated. She has educated me about her products, but she has also listened to me and my needs and concerns to help me make educated purchases. Cant stop, wont stop loving this business.

I don't know why but product did not work for me. I reviewed on Facebook and she say she would help and get it sorted. I have not heard back all week. Still waiting to get it sorted hopefully soon

I ordered some skin products and curly hair products for the first time and I am in LOVE. Gabi is so committed to her business, customer satisfaction AND education. This shows in all aspects of Bright Bodydirect communication , customer service, shipping, packaging, social media presence, everything! I am someone who admittedly hates washing my face (my skin is pretty clear so most of the care I do is just preventative/after wearing makeup) but I the facial cleanser, toner, and face oil are such simple, elegant and effective products that I have finally a routine that a can (kind of) keep up with :) I love being able to support people like Gabi and their small businesses. Cant wait to reorder
